Send Photos

  • Emailing or texting photos that show a closeup of damage as well as a general picture of the area on the piano allows me to give you some idea of cost and a completion time frame.
  • Placing a coin or ruler in the closeup gives a size reference.  
  • Please include the make and model of your piano and its age, if known.

Onsite or At My Workshop

  • Most finish touch-up work is done onsite, whether in my local region or with my travel to your area..  
  • Sometimes if the damage is extensive, the instrument must be moved into my workshop or a local dealer's workshop but that is not the usual scenario.  
  • I can receive piano parts brought or shipped to me from out of area.  I live near Asheville in western NC.  Come vacation in the Blue Ridge Mountains and drop off a part for repair while you head up the Blue Ridge Parkway!
