"We moved from state to state and had to have our baby grand piano moved. It made the trip safely but was dropped by the movers when carrying it up the steps. My wife was very upset about this so I set out to find someone that could repair the damage. We located Barb through a local college music professor and I immediately contacted her and asked her to please come and repair the piano. Barb worked hours and hours on the tedious task of repairing the piano and when complete she had eliminated the damage. We are so happy we found her as she is a true magician with these repairs."

"Our piano was damaged by unprofessional movers. They hit a leg with a mallet. They dropped the piano on a floor, which damaged several places on one side. And then when the piano was being taken off the dolly, they set it down so hard, the leg piece that had been compromised by being hit with a mallet, flew off. The piano is a 1800’s Bechstein Model B in Old World Walnut, which has a beautiful burled finish. Our piano tuner recommended Barb Callie and we are forever grateful. Ms. Callie did an excellent job repairing our piano, which was a gift from my father, who had passed away. I doubted anyone could restore the finish but Ms. Callie's work is so skilled, we can not see where the damage was. She is incredibly talented, a true artist. Ms. Callie was a joy to work with and restored our piano beautifully."

"Barb came to Lee to at our request for serious work needed on our Steinway D in our main concert hall. This beautiful piano had suffered extensive damage to the lid due to years of use and movement. She not only restored it to beautiful working order, but watching her work was like watching a master artist. We are so thankful for her and would recommend her to anyone looking to have restoration done on their prized instruments!"

"Barb has attended to my Steinway D several times and her work is impeccable. My Steinway has been moved several times, and we also have 2 young daughters, so the piano picks up the occasional scratches. Barb’s techniques are like magic, it’s like the scratches were never there! I highly recommend Barb to help keep your piano looking great."

"Barb Callie made my 42 year old Steinway grand piano look new again! And it had taken a beating from 25 years of teaching. Barb is not only a master refinisher but an artist at what she does. She is very thorough and takes the time needed to address every little scratch, nick or whatever touch up your piano needs. My husband and I call her "the piano whisperer!" "I would highly recommend Barb Callie to anyone. Her work is exceptional! I received my Cable piano as a gift many years ago and it holds sentimental value. It was terribly damaged after relocating from another state by a moving company. I researched and interviewed many companies before choosing Barb. She had the highest ratings on performance and perfection of anyone else."
-- Sheila M., Greer, SC
"I looked at the work, you did an amazing job. The curved area of the bass arm is the hardest part of the piano to do poly work on and you made it to where you can't even tell there was work done. I almost couldn't believe it. Thank you so much."
